These terms apply to use of Business Compass. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for business information, operations, analytics, and workflow purposes.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for the information you enter, the accounts you connect, and the permissions you grant. You must have authority to connect any third-party account, website, analytics property, advertising account, CRM, sales system, or business tool.
Connected Accounts
Business Compass may let users log in to third-party services such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, payment providers, CRMs, and website platforms. We use those connections only to provide the features selected by the user. Third-party services may apply their own terms and policies.
No Professional Advice
Business Compass provides operational summaries, dashboards, and workflow support. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulated professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Do not connect accounts you do not control or have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another organisation, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not upload malicious code, abusive content, or unlawful data.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Business Compass reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Features may depend on third-party APIs, permissions, platform review, and account status.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Compass is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
